Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Under the direction of the Lead Project Manager, the Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing project activities, ensuring that objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frames. This position is essential for maintaining project momentum, coordinating personnel, and facilitating effective communication across teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and have experience with Azure DevOps Boards.

In Short

• Collaborate with the Lead Project Manager to identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
• Actively coordinate and follow up on the activities of project personnel to ensure that the project progresses smoothly.
• Help monitor and manage project timelines, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing internal and external status reports as needed.
• Coordinate and assist with the facilitation of Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Refinement Sessions, and Sprint Planning.
• Provide administrative support to the Lead Project Manager as needed.

Requirements
