Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing cross-functional projects, ensuring successful delivery and consistency across departments. This role will organize and support day-to-day project activities such as scheduling meetings, creating meeting agendas, facilitating meetings, taking and sharing out notes and next steps, project scoping, cross-team/platform collaboration and coordination, workplan development, stakeholder engagement, and information sharing.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of Project Management experience.
• Hold one or more certifications: CMS, PMI-ACP, Kanban Practitioner, PMP, or CAPM.
• Proficient in Agile Methodology and project management tools.
• Experience creating project charters, plans, and timelines.
• Ability to navigate complex projects with multiple dependencies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience fostering high-performing teams.
• Attention to detail and organization skills.
• Willingness to travel for team meetings when required.
• Adaptable to evolving project requirements.
