Overview

Testlio is seeking a Senior DevOps Manager to lead infrastructure and DevOps initiatives while managing and mentoring the DevOps team in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure management.
• Expert knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Experience in designing CI/CD pipelines for parallel workloads.
• Strong background in Infrastructure as Code and containerization.
• Experience with monitoring tools like NewRelic.
• Understanding of security best practices.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to mentor and guide team members.
