Overview

As a B2C Sales Executive at UniAdmissions, you will be responsible for converting inbound enquiries into enrolled students, playing a crucial role in achieving revenue targets.

In Short

  • Convert inbound enquiries into enrolled students.
  • Take ownership of your sales pipeline.
  • Run structured consultations with prospective students.
  • Follow established sales processes and maintain high response standards.
  • Work closely with Marketing to optimize lead flow.
  • Provide product feedback based on customer interactions.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Participate in in-person meetings approximately once per month.
  • Opportunity for growth and progression within the sales function.
  • Uncapped performance bonus based on sales performance.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales experience or equivalent.
  • Strong commercial mindset and accountability for results.
  • Ability to manage your own pipeline effectively.
  • Analytical approach and comfortable using CRM systems.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with UK higher education and admissions processes.
  • Experience in education, tutoring, or similar sectors is a plus.
  • Experience in consultative sales is advantageous.
  • Degree from Oxford or Cambridge is a benefit, not a requirement.
