In Short

• Lead a team of Platform Engineers on various customer engagements.
• Work closely with customers, partners, and engineers to support applications leveraging Tenstorrent technology.
• Develop technical expertise within the team for effective collaboration with OEMs/ODMs and Data Center personnel.
• Document knowledge and teach others through various mediums.
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent to build a world-class team.
• Integrate Tenstorrent technology into AI, HPC, and enterprise systems.
• Leverage the team across the product development lifecycle.
• Assess candidates for appropriate experience levels during the interview process.
• Open to various experience levels for this role.
• Hybrid role based out of Toronto, Canada, with openness to other locations.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of experience in compute-intensive development programs.
• 5+ years of management and leadership experience.
• Experience in HPC/AI system design and development.
• Knowledge of CPU/GPU functionality.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with management and engineering.
• Experience in technical engagements with customers/partners.
• Strong time-management and organization skills.
