The Manager of Technical Operations & Customer Enablement will lead systems and workflows that enhance customer onboarding, support, and compliance operations in a rapidly growing fintech company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 5-8 years in technical operations or business systems within fintech.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Experience in building customer-facing or internal knowledge bases.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Expertise in Zendesk configuration and automation.
  • Analytical mindset for process optimization.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and detail-oriented approach.
