Overview

The Producer at Lightspeed LA will collaborate with game industry veterans to produce high-quality content for an ambitious next-generation AAA game, while fostering a team-oriented culture.

• Manage feature roadmaps and coordinate production departments.
• Communicate effectively across departments to track visibility and eliminate roadblocks.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure work is on track for delivery.
• Understand and communicate the impact of scope changes.
• Drive decision-making alongside production teams and leadership.
• Contribute to refining production processes for efficiency.
• Mentor and provide leadership to production teams.
• Handle various production duties as required.
• 5+ years in game production or project management.
• Passion for video games is a plus.

Requirements

• Experience in multi-platform AAA game development.
• Proficient in using Jira, Shotgun/ShotGrid, and tasking systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven record of managing updates and strategy planning.
• Experience in building or improving development pipelines.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Project Management Professional Certification is a plus.
• Agile Project Management Certification is a plus.
