Senior DevOps Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will own our cloud infrastructure and delivery pipelines end-to-end, ensuring our AWS-hosted services are secure, scalable, observable, and cost-efficient while enabling rapid, reliable software delivery.

In Short

• Design and operate secure, highly available, and cost-effective environments on AWS.
• Automate provisioning with CloudFormation and Terraform/OpenTofu.
• Implement robust security controls using IAM, CloudTrail, and WAF.
• Build and maintain GitHub Actions pipelines.
• Containerize apps with Docker and orchestrate via ECS.
• Deploy, scale, and monitor Node.js, TypeScript, and Python services.
• Implement observability metrics and proactive alerting.
• Administer PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Configure VPCs and optimize edge delivery.
• Mentor engineers on DevOps practices and champion best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure roles with AWS.
• Hands-on with core AWS services including IAM, EC2, S3, and more.
• Experience with Docker and container orchestration.
• Expertise in GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and scripting.
• Experience in monitoring and logging with CloudWatch.
• Knowledge of security and compliance best practices.
• Networking skills including VPC design and DNS management.
