You will be supporting the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping us to advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases.

In Short

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive procurement strategies for raw materials, manufacturing equipment, production services, and logistics.
• Conduct detailed market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and supplier consolidation options.
• Negotiate effectively to secure best-in-class contracts with suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
• Manage relationships with global suppliers, ensuring compliance with contract terms.
• Drive continuous improvement of procurement practices alongside key stakeholders.
• Define and track key performance indicators to measure procurement success.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior procurement staff.
• Support the professional development of the team through coaching and training.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and procurement controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field required.
• 7+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Proven experience in building and developing procurement functions.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing and contract negotiation.
• Experience working in complex, global matrix organizations.
• Familiarity with procurement software and data analytics tools.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple initiatives and manage projects effectively.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior team members.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
