As Team Lead Architecture, you shape the technical future of our platform. You will lead the architectural transformation of a mission-critical platform operating in highly regulated environments.

In Short

• Define and champion a long-term architectural vision aligned with global business strategy.
• Serve as the COO’s senior technical advisor, providing due diligence and risk assessments.
• Drive architectural alignment across distributed engineering teams.
• Establish pragmatic platform governance and “Golden Paths” to accelerate delivery.
• Lead innovation efforts for AI/ML and media technologies.
• Guide the evolution of a cloud-native, secure, highly scalable platform.
• Act as the technical lead for high-stakes tenders in regulated sectors.
• Partner with Product for clear ownership boundaries and modular design.
• Embed architects into Scrum teams for consistent APIs and feedback.
• Manage and mentor a small team of architects.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software industry experience with strong grounding in Microsoft ecosystem.
• Proven track record in large-scale system transformations and cloud-native platforms.
• Fluent in API integration patterns and real-time communication protocols.
• Operate with a Security-by-Design mindset.
• Well-versed in modern engineering patterns and tools like Puppet and Git.
• Fluent in German and English (minimum B2 level).
• Willing to travel internationally from time to time.
