Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Certification as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of professional healthcare experience.
• Strong knowledge of diabetes management and education.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to establish rapport with members.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Passionate about improving member health outcomes.
• Familiarity with MS Office and EMR systems.
• Compliance with healthcare regulations.
