Construction Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager that is able to manage new building and turn key building construction projects. You will oversee new building projects in the southeast.

• Manage new building and turn key construction projects.

• Site Utility and Foundation knowledge.
• Manage Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) scopes.
• Handle Submittals and Permitting Procedures.
• Manage Sub-Contractors.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers.

Requirements

• Experience in managing ground-up and turn key projects.
• Familiarity with Design, Engineering, Submittals, and Permitting Processes.
• Knowledge of Site Utility Work.
• Experience with Foundations.
• Understanding of Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Scopes.
