Overview

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager that is able to manage new building and turn key building construction projects. You will oversee new building projects in the mid-atlantic region.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial construction.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to manage ground-up and turn key projects.
• Familiarity with design, engineering, submittals, and permitting processes.
• Knowledge of site utility work and foundations.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes.
