Construction Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager that is able to manage new building and turn key building construction projects. You will oversee new building projects in the mid-atlantic region.

Requirements

• Experience in managing ground-up and turn key projects.
• Knowledge of Design, Engineering, Submittals, and Permitting Processes.
• Experience with Site Utility Work.
• Understanding of Foundations.
• Familiarity with Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Scopes.
