Overview

As a Principal Consultant at TEECOM, you will lead complex projects in the technology and built environment, working with clients to enhance their building experiences while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with various teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of eight years in security design for construction projects.
• Expertise in telecommunications and security systems.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Bluebeam Studio.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in project management and client negotiations.
• Certifications such as CDT, PSP, CPP are preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Ability to mentor and lead teams effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence.
