My Client are a seed stage startup at an incremental part of their growth. Revolutionising the way things are done in the legal-technology start-up industry, gearing up for their international expansion! Chucking everything we know about the legal world right out of the window. Bringing in an innovative, un-subdivided, more streamlined process for budding companies to who want to make all the legal stuff...make sense! Empowering business owners to be completely self served in creating legal documents, by bring business owners and legal experts together.

• Building product from scratch singlehandedly.

• Experience with various design tasks.
• Good eye for detail.
• Ability to lead by example to help out your fellow teammates.
• Must be fluent/native level Norwegian or Swedish speaker.

Requirements

• True design leader.
• Great cross-functional communicator.
• Leadership experience in Design for the consumer market.
• Experience building and deploying prototypes.
• Start-up experience.
• Exposure to AI product.
• Experience with growing teams and functions.
• Design capability in various aspects such as UI, UX, interaction, flows, hierarchies, layout, navigation, shape, colour, typography, iconography, copy, brand integration, wire-framing.
• Experience with tools like Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, and Figma.
• Experience coding in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is a nice to have.
