Head of Engineering - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an exceptional Head of Engineering with experience in the AI and healthcare. You will lead our technical function, managing the engineering team, owning our tech stack, and ensuring the tech stack is equipped with business analytics.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in AI engineering and management.
• Bsc in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience delivering against KPIs / OKRs.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Creative thinker with innovative approaches.
• Experience building technical teams.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
