• Assist in identifying multiple questions/concerns/inquiries in email.
• Input correct information into the Customer Database.
• Provide and transfer reportable communication to the appropriate department.
• Answer customer questions and make referrals.
• Provide general travel assistance information.
• Provide information for filing claims with DHS.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Residency in the DMV is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in customer service.
• Familiarity with government procedures is a plus.
