In Short

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and APIs using C# and ASP.NET.
• Develop and deploy modular, scalable services using microservices patterns.
• Build secure and efficient RESTful APIs, integrating with internal and third-party systems.
• Work with PostgreSQL and MSSQL to design schemas, optimize performance, and ensure data integrity.
• Deploy and manage services in Microsoft Azure, leveraging cloud-native features.
• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code reliability; participate in peer code reviews.
• Utilize Redis to cache frequently accessed data and ensure high system performance.
• Implement security best practices across APIs and data handling.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with frontend, QA, DevOps, and product teams.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and propose enhancements.

Requirements

• Candidate must be located in India.
• 7+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
• Strong expertise in ASP.NET 6+ (preferably ASP.NET 8+) and C#.
• Proven experience with RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, MSSQL, and Redis.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Experience writing unit tests using tools such as xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern DevOps workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
