As part of the teccle group, teccle motion offers comprehensive IT solutions with Managed Services, Modern Workplace, and scalable infrastructure. We are looking for dedicated support for our Digital Workplace team.

In Short

• Ensure a stable, secure, and performant Digital Workplace operation through 2nd Level Support.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and sustainably resolve complex incidents in Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
• Operate, administer, and continuously develop Virtual Desktop Infrastructure and remote access solutions.
• Administer and support Microsoft Remote Desktop Services, including integration into Citrix and AVD.
• Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Thin Clients for reliable user experience.
• Proactively optimize services, standardize, and automate in the context of Managed Services.

Requirements

• Initial professional experience with RDS, Citrix, or comparable Digital Workplace and VDI solutions.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies, especially Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
• Experience with virtualization and hypervisors like VMware, Hyper-V, or XenServer.
• Ability to structure challenges independently and find pragmatic solutions.
• Willingness to visit clients on-site, primarily in Southern Germany.
• Fluent communication in German and English.
