Overview

We are looking for a talented and experienced Lead Paid Search Specialist to join a growing, full-service media agency. This role involves managing high-performing Google and Bing Ads campaigns, as well as leading and mentoring a team of Paid Search Specialists. You’ll help shape paid search strategies across a range of industries, contributing to client success through creative and data-driven solutions.

• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid search campaigns for multiple clients across diverse industries.
• Supervise and mentor a team of Paid Search Specialists—providing training, feedback, and strategic guidance.
• Set best practices for campaign structure, budget pacing, reporting, and testing frameworks.
• Act as the go-to paid search expert internally and externally, collaborating with other departments and directly with clients as needed.
• Monitor campaign performance at a high level and ensure your team is meeting KPIs and ROI targets.
• Stay ahead of Google/Bing Ads updates, tools, and industry trends—bringing innovation into our paid search offerings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns, including PPC, YouTube, and Display.
• 1–2 years of experience leading or mentoring a team in a digital marketing or agency environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
• Google Ads certifications: Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Apps.
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with a sharp eye for performance insights.
• Confident communicator with a collaborative, team-first approach.
