AppFolio & QuickBooks Bookkeeper - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with experience using AppFolio and QuickBooks to manage daily financial operations.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable and Receivable using AppFolio and QuickBooks.
• Enter and reconcile invoices, vendor payments, and tenant receipts.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Ensure timely bill payments and follow-ups on outstanding receivables.
• Assist in monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Collaborate with property managers or the accounting team to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor files and ensure W-9s and payment records are up to date.
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports, ledgers, and statements (optional).
