We are looking for a Bookkeeper with QuickBooks Desktop experience to manage the financial records of a company.

In Short

• Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks Desktop.
• Process vendor bills and generate invoices for clients.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
• Generate financial statements and reports.
• Organize tax-related documents and ensure compliance.
• Handle general administrative tasks related to financial documentation.

Requirements

• Bookkeeping experience.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Desktop.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant office software.
