Bookkeeper with QuickBooks - (US-based/Remote)

Our client, a US-based firm, is seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to join their team. This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while providing essential bookkeeping services to the clients. This is a full-time role.

In Short

• Handle the books for around 8 different companies.
• Provide weekly financial reports.
• Must have very thorough QuickBooks knowledge.
• Must have very good Excel knowledge.
• Ideally must have some US tax experience.
• Must be very thorough and detail-oriented.
• Must know accrual accounting and cash based.
• Must be able to collect multiple data points from our systems to generate financial reports.
• The payroll system that’s used is Gusto.
• It needs to overlap about 3-4 hours per weekday to PST Business Hours.

Requirements

• Previous experience in bookkeeping or related field.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients.
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting related field.
• Excellent English skills.
