Observation Services Project Coordinator - Remote

Overview

Teachstone is seeking a creative and organized Project Coordinator to support the Observation Services team, focusing on improving teacher-student interactions through effective project management and coordination.

In Short

• Manage email communication and client outreach.
• Coordinate with observers on CLASS protocols and logistics.
• Support data collection and analysis.
• Facilitate weekly observer meetings.
• Ensure project protocols are met.
• Work with internal and external teams to recruit qualified candidates.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and field staff.
• Document efficiencies for project management.
• Assist with CLASS feedback audits as needed.
• Up to 50% travel may be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of CLASS methodology.
• Excellent Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Fluency in English; Spanish fluency is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems is a plus.
• Comfortable working in various environments.
