  • Review content drafts for quality and consistency.

  • Collaborate with designers and project stakeholders.
  • Maintain project trackers and participate in review sessions.
  • Identify quality gaps and lead improvement initiatives.
  • Support ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in instructional writing or content development.
  • Exceptional command of written English with strong editing skills.
  • Familiarity with editorial standards.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Comfortable collaborating across functions.
  • Nice to have: certifications in editing or instructional design.
  • Experience in eLearning or multimedia storytelling.
