• Starting salary between $65,000 and $73,000 based on experience.
• Management role overseeing training and technical assistance for reentry programs.
• Collaborate with internal staff, external partners, and grantees.
• Coordinate TTA activities and ensure quality deliverables.
• Provide direct consulting and coaching to grantees.
• Maintain project documentation, budgets, and reports.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Eligible for hybrid work schedules after 60 days of employment.

Requirements

• Undergraduate or Master’s degree in criminal justice, human services, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of seven years of work experience in related fields.
• Experience in courts/probation and reentry highly desirable.
• Ability to develop and deliver high-quality workshops and training.
