People Business Partner - Remote

Overview

As the People Business Partner, you play a critical role in developing and supporting the execution of talent management programs and processes that are cascaded down from the APAC Director of Talent. The programs are focused on attracting, retaining and developing top talent at Tarro.

In Short

• You will work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
• You will resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
• You will provide HR policy guidance
• You will analyze trends and metrics with the People department
• You will support and execute HR initiatives to achieve our overall business goals
• You will identify training needs for teams and individuals
• You will recommend initiatives that integrate business strategy with people management practices
• You will drive efficiency, standardization and strategic HR impact
• You will collaborate and align with other HR functions and business leaders on selection and retention of employees according to the relevant competencies of each role as stated in the Tarro Job Architecture.

Requirements

• You have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or relevant field
• You have at least 5 years experience in Employee Relations with 2 years experience in managerial role
• You have experience working in data, reporting and analytics
• You have excellent written and verbal communications
• You have experience in supporting a global organization, rolling out globally aligned talent programs within a local context
