Database Analyst (Environmental) - Remote

In Short

• Design and develop a functional database to support environmental data management.
• Evaluate and recommend an appropriate RDBMS platform and implement to manage various types of environmental data.
• Convert tabular data into the format accepted by ERPIMS which runs on Oracle 12c.
• Collaborate with project teams to support the development of technical document components.
• Perform statistical analyses using industry-accepted tools.
• Develop tables, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate findings.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and quality across all environmental monitoring efforts.
• Collaborate closely with GIS specialists for integrated data management.
• Maintain compliance with relevant environmental data standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in environmental consulting databases.
• SQL/RDBMS experience; ability to design a new database from scratch.
• Familiarity with Environmental Database Management Systems (EDMS).
• Experience with uploading data to ERPIMS and using ERPToolsX software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Access.
• Analytical mindset for troubleshooting data issues.
• Ability to organize raw lab data into clean, formatted tables.
• Familiarity with analytical methods and data reporting requirements.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
