Overview

We are seeking a skilled and creative Listing Marketer to join our dynamic team. As a Listing Marketer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the visual appeal and compelling content of our property listings.

In Short

• Edit and sequence property photos to enhance visual appeal and highlight key features
• Coordinate with photographers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of property photos
• Identify properties with lackluster design elements and recommend improvements to attract potential buyers/renters
• Create unique and engaging copy for each listing description and title
• Collaborate with the listing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all listings
• Update presentation materials with high-quality property photos for various marketing purposes
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve listing quality and effectiveness
• Monitor and analyze listing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Liaise with the revenue team for listing optimisation
• Work with the Head of Revenue and Marketing Manager on marketing initiatives to drive direct bookings
