L&D Consultant - Remote

Overview

The L&D Consultant will play a key role in the implementation of the Mentoris mentoring platform, aimed at enhancing employee development and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.

• Conduct needs assessments to identify mentoring needs.
• Customize the Mentoris platform for client requirements.
• Develop training materials and deliver training sessions.
• Support change management strategies for program adoption.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the Mentoris program.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Build relationships with stakeholders at client organizations.
• Stay updated on trends in mentoring and L&D.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Polish is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years in learning and development roles.
• Experience in designing and implementing mentoring programs.
• Strong project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in learning management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a consulting environment is a plus.
