In Short

Design and develop robust web applications using Oracle APEX.
Collaborate closely with business analysts to understand and refine business needs.
Identify, diagnose, and communicate technical issues effectively.
Apply best practices and company standards in development processes.
Deploy applications in production environments and provide ongoing support.
Lead and execute comprehensive unit and integration tests.
Develop and maintain accurate functional and user documentation.
Provide accurate estimates of development time and assist in project planning.
Perform additional duties as required, including team training and peer-review.

Requirements

Proven proficiency in developing applications using Oracle APEX (minimum 3 years experience).
In-depth experience with Oracle databases, including SQL and PL/SQL (minimum 4 years experience).
Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Experience integrating systems using RESTful, SOAP, and other APIs.
Strong customer relations skills and ability to understand customer needs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
Proven ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous approach to work ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
