Requirements

• Good facilitation and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Agile tools and metrics tracking.
• Ability to motivate and lead teams.
• Agile mindset and system thinking.
• Proactive in developing team standards and best practices.
