Overview

As an Accounts Receivable Analyst at Wolters Kluwer, you will play a key role in streamlining financial operations by managing complex transactions and providing essential support for various financial processes and projects.

In Short

• Manage and maintain SAP contract orders and customer account information.
• Prepare and process customer invoices in SAP.
• Address discrepancies between contracts and customer accounts prior to invoicing.
• Provide periodic reports on billing and revenue recognition.
• Handle customer queries and collaborate with Sales and Customer support teams.
• Assist in audits and internal controls.
• Support system and process improvements.
• Work on revenue recognition in line with IFRS.
• Organize and manage documentation effectively.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Accounts Receivables experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong MIS skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with SAP FI module is advantageous.
• Flexible, adaptive, and proactive.
