Requirements

Strong experience in RPA development and process automation, ideally in HR operations.
Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere).
Experience with APIs and system integrations.
Programming/scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or VBA.
Process optimization mindset.
