Authorized Inspector - Remote

Overview

An ARISE Employee who holds a current and valid National Board Authorized Inspector Commission and has been designated as Authorized Inspector (AI) by ARISE.

In Short

• Perform shop and field ASME/NB inspections.
• Record daily inspections in the Inspector Diary.
• Verify Certificate Holder's authorization and compliance.
• Monitor quality programs continually.
• Conduct internal and external inspections.
• Witness pressure tests and proof tests.
• Ensure compliance with ASME BPV Code requirements.
• Review and accept non-conformance dispositions.
• Maintain accurate records as required.
• Attend joint reviews of Certificate Holders.

Requirements

• Valid National Board Authorized Inspector Commission.
• Completion of National Board “New Construction Commission” course.
• 80 hours on-the-job training in ASME shop/field fabrication.
• Detail-oriented and efficient time management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with others.
• Self-starter with innovative thinking.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
