As an Accounting/Finance Specialist, you’ll play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting business efficiency in a tech-driven environment.

• Manage accounting in Xero in accordance with GAAP requirements.
• Daily bank statement reconciliation and posting journal entries.
• Regular payments including payroll and supplier settlements.
• Issue and adjust invoices for clients.
• Record and process supplier bills.
• Monitor accounts receivable and send reminders for overdue payments.
• Prepare documents for quarterly VAT reporting.
• Support the sales department with accounting-related documents.

Requirements

• Experience as an accountant in an international company or IT industry.
• Xero certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in Xero.
• Knowledge of GAAP principles.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and fast typing.
• Ability to prioritize tasks according to operational needs.
• Willingness to combine accounting and administrative responsibilities.
• English language proficiency for working with documents.
• Conversational English will be an advantage.
