We’re looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Instructional Designer who eats, sleeps, and breathes great content. This isn’t just a job, it’s an opportunity to become the cornerstone of our Synthesia Academy.

In Short

• Run the Synthesia Academy by keeping content fresh and engaging for learners.
• Develop and refine learning materials through prototyping and feedback.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to gather insights.
• Develop and host live sessions to engage users and share best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in instructional design with a strong portfolio.
• Hands-on expertise with tools like Articulate Storyline or Camtasia.
• Solid grasp of instructional design frameworks and adult learning principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
