Overview

This position is a hybrid role for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Medical Assistant (MA) providing clinical services in orthopedic patient care, with a commitment to quality and compliance with regulations.

In Short

  • Hybrid work model (onsite and remote) for 30 hours per week.
  • Provide basic clinical services in orthopedic care.
  • Assist in triaging patients and ensuring office flow.
  • Document patient information and vital signs.
  • Administer injections and assist with suture removal.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and staff.
  • Maintain exam rooms and ensure cleanliness.
  • Assist with patient education and scheduling.
  • Handle billing documentation and patient calls.
  • Support overall clinic operations and management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • Graduate of a training facility for LPNs or MAs; certification is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical clinic, orthopedic experience required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage busy clinic flow and multitask.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and teamwork attitude.
