Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in organizational transformation.
• Expertise in project management and change management methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience with metrics definition and tracking.
• Desirable skills in PowerBI dashboard development.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work in a highly regulated environment.
• Equivalent experience may be considered.
