Overview

The Clinical Operations Specialist at Syneos Health is responsible for supporting clinical monitoring staff and ensuring compliance with clinical operations policies and procedures while working remotely from Brazil.

In Short

• Perform activities in compliance with clinical operations policies.
• Assist with site management activities.
• Maintain Trial Master File (TMF) and project files.
• Prepare and maintain site manuals and reference tools.
• Track clinical and regulatory documents for investigator sites.
• Manage shared mailbox and process site requests.
• Coordinate ordering and shipping of site supplies.
• Assist with team meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• Minimal travel up to 25% may be required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
