The Microsoft Teams Implementation Specialist will lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Teams collaboration and voice solutions, ensuring seamless integration and migration from existing UCC/voice environments.

In Short

Lead implementation of Microsoft Teams collaboration and voice solutions.
Assess existing UCC/voice environments for migration strategies.
Configure and manage Teams Phone System and Direct Routing.
Integrate Teams with PSTN providers and SBCs.
Perform user migrations and device provisioning.
Troubleshoot advanced Teams voice issues.
Provide documentation and training for clients.
Stay updated on Microsoft Teams updates and best practices.
Strong client-facing communication skills required.
5+ years of experience in enterprise collaboration technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
5+ years of experience in enterprise collaboration technologies.
2+ years in Microsoft Teams deployments.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams and voice technologies.
Familiarity with SBCs like AudioCodes and Ribbon.
Understanding of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, SRTP).
Experience with Azure AD and security compliance.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong documentation skills.
Client-facing communication skills.
