Overview

As a Trading Risk Manager at Sympower, you will lead the design and implementation of market-risk controls and analytics for our asset trading platform, ensuring robust decision-making through quantitative methods and real-time data.

Requirements

• Fluent English, additional European languages a plus.
• Deep knowledge of European short-term power markets.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management.
• Experience building risk frameworks in trading environments.
• Strong quantitative skills in statistics and optimization.
• Fluency with trading algorithms and Python.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks like REMIT and MiFID II.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
