Reporting & Data Analyst (Mid-Level) - Remote

Overview

The Reporting & Data Analyst develops and maintains dashboards, reports, and analytics that provide leadership with clear, executive-ready visibility into investment and portfolio performance.

In Short

• Develop and maintain portfolio- and CPIC dashboards and recurring reports
• Normalize and validate data across investments to improve consistency and data quality
• Implement data standards, validation checks, and reconciliation processes
• Produce executive-ready reporting packages highlighting performance, risks, milestones, and trends
• Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests to inform leadership prioritization and investment decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 4–6+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting
• Strong Excel and dashboarding skills (e.g., Power BI or equivalent)
