• Oversee the administration, configuration, and monitoring of cloud network infrastructures across platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
• Continuously monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures to ensure optimal system operation.
• Enforce robust security protocols and ensure compliance with Federal IT standards.
• Work within an integrated, cross-functional team that spans Help Desk, Cybersecurity, and Strategic IT Initiatives.
• Utilize Infrastructure-as-Code practices and automation tools to streamline network configurations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Demonstrated experience (typically 5+ years) in cloud network operations within complex, multi-cloud environments.
• Strong proficiency with AWS, Azure, and cloud network management tools.
• In-depth understanding of network security principles and Federal IT compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proven track record of working effectively in integrated, collaborative teams.
• Ability to obtain or maintain a Federal security clearance as required.
