Overview

The Regional Director at Symetria Recovery is responsible for leading and managing the operational aspects of multiple outpatient rehab clinics, ensuring quality care and financial performance.

In Short

• Provide leadership and management for six clinics.
• Oversee daily operations focusing on quality of care and profitability.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop growth strategies.
• Establish performance indicators and monitor organizational processes.
• Motivate and lead a high-performance management team.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards.
• Represent the company with external stakeholders.
• Experience in managing multiple locations and MAT programs preferred.
• Comfortable with public speaking and media relations.
• Travel is required for this position.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work or counseling (LCSW, LCPC).
• Five years of healthcare leadership experience.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage change and work with diverse teams.
• Proven strategic vision and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of addiction treatment theory and practice.
• Experience with P&L responsibility.
• Flexible and able to manage competing priorities.
• Experience with Board of Directors is a plus.
• Comfortable with public speaking and media relations.
