Overview

The ISC Planning Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that products are available when customers need them. This position focuses on balancing predicted product demand with the available supply through careful planning and effective resource management.

• Develop effective forecast models across hardware and services channels.
• Work with Sales & Marketing and Integrated Supply Chain Operations.
• Understand sources of demand.
• Recommend adjustments to improve demand forecast accuracy.
• Conduct monthly forecast maintenance.

• Present and assess feedback on forecasts.

• Prepare and maintain relevant reports.

Requirements

• MBA or Masters in Operations Research or Supply Chain Management.
• 4 years of experience in supply chain planning.
• Strong understanding of the integrated supply chain.
• Experience with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to optimize supply chain processes.
• Familiarity with digital tools and ERP systems.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be based in the Porto Metropolitan Area.
