Overview

The Product Owner Biomed is responsible for maintaining quality and performance standards by overseeing the operation of connected medical devices within the Swiss Medical Network.

In Short

• Maintain quality and performance standards of medical devices.
• Build direct relationships with medical device users.
• Ensure technological market observation for medical devices.
• Provide infrastructure for networking medical devices.
• Ensure integration of medical products into hospital information systems.
• Collect and analyze user needs, creating functional specifications.
• Lead projects related to medical devices from conception to implementation.
• Manage the lifecycle of medical products.
• Control inventory solutions for medical devices.

Requirements

• Completed training in medical technology, computer science, or equivalent.
• Expertise in medical devices used in hospitals.
• Experience in project management.
• Knowledge of regulations related to medical device connectivity.
• Proven experience in managing medical devices in a hospital setting.
• Knowledge of ITIL, Atlassian Confluence, ServiceNow, and DevOps is a plus.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to collaborate closely with IT and medical teams.
• Fluency in German, excellent French, and good English; Italian is a plus.
