Overview

Are you ready to identify the right experts for our exciting IT projects and make a real contribution to the digitization in the public sector? You will take responsibility from the targeted approach of potential candidates to successful persuasion, relying on modern social media and databases. Additionally, you will actively support the development of innovative recruiting strategies that help us attract the right candidates.

In Short

• Responsible for recruiting processes from identification & approach to persuasion of potential candidates using social media & databases
• Maintain and coordinate collaboration with personnel service providers
• Negotiate and process contract terms
• Handle incoming applications and maintain the applicant pool
• Support in the development of new recruiting strategies

Requirements

• Successfully completed university degree, completed commercial training in personnel services or comparable qualification
• Passion for recruiting, direct approach of IT experts, and filling IT projects
• Experience in active sourcing in the IT industry and very good MS Office skills
• Excellent communication skills in German & good English skills
• High degree of initiative, performance and willingness to learn, as well as independent work
