In Short

• Ensure high-quality data integrity by importing, updating, and cleaning records.
• Create and maintain data validation rules for consistency and compliance.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, and page layouts to align with workflows.
• Develop and optimize automation using Flow, Workflows, and Process Builder.
• Manage user access by assigning roles, profiles, and permission sets.
• Build custom reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs.
• Monitor system performance and make data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with IT teams for system enhancements and issue resolution.
• Provide end-user training and create documentation.
• Support the billing process within Salesforce.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models.
• Analytical mindset to translate business processes into technical solutions.
